Hello everyone, we’re excited to announce we are Charlottesville first officially sanctioned CrossFit affiliate!  We’ll be open for business in the coming weeks and invite all of you to read our FAQs to learn more about CrossFit.

We’ll use this site to post workouts, videos, pictures and to discuss all things CrossFit. Feel free to participate however you want!
