Wednesday Workout: Mini Nicole

Hello Charlottesville, join our gym for the day for free. We’d love to introduce you to our community and show you why we offer the best thing in fitness since the dumbbell. Free stuff happens between 5PM and 7PM.

WOD

As many rounds as you can do in 10 minutes of:

  • run to truck and back (~200M)
  • max kipping or jumping pull ups

Compare to 8/9.

    Nice work everyone! Saw several people getting a kipping pull up or even do the whole WOD with kipping pull ups.

    15-12-10-10-9-7-7 + sprint = 70

    9-8-6-6-5-3 jump-3 jump
    7 rnds + sprint

    It’s a good workout for me when I get a little exercise-induced pulmonary edema. (had to look up the name, but it’s nothing serious)

    Something like….8, 7, 7, 6, 7, 6=41 jpu (but not jumping nearly as much as I used to)
