      Great work to Justin, Matt, Seth and Katie this morning. Thanks for being flexible so we could get the bars set up properly. Everyone did an awesome job.

    Couldn’t make it in for the WOD today, so I did something quick from home.

    200 16kg kettlebell swings for time: 8:09.

    I think I got off easy–Linda sounds brutal.

    The last time I did Linda RXd was about a year ago. I weighed 150 and did power cleans instead of squat-cleans. 25:23

    Today’s Linda (weighing 155) with squat cleans, but not quite Rxd:
    DL (1.5): 231
    Bench (1): 155 (to round 3), 145 (0.94) after round 3
    Cleans (0.72): 111

    23: 43

    DL – 225 -> 199
    BP – 133
    SC – 111 -> 89
    Dropped wgt after 1st 2 rds.

    Thanks for the encouragement & coaching!

    Nice work everyone that showed up for this one!
    Thanks

    I halved all of my Rx weights and rounded to the nearest 10 kilo.

    DL-133# (74%)
    BP-89# (49%)
    CL-67# (36%)

    Bench presses were a little too easy.

    Time: 23:37 and almost got a visit from pukie.

    DL: 230
    BP: 155
