Rowing Seminar Update

Remember to show up for the rowing seminar tomorrow at 7PM!

Kevin Sauer just informed me that he’s convinced Lindsay Shoop to pay us a visit during the rowing seminar.  She won Gold at the Beijing Olympics in 2008 on the Women’s 8.  We’re super excited to welcome her to our box!

I know we said we’re full, but if you want to come tomorrow at 7PM to hang out and observe the seminar, you are welcome. There won’t be a lot of space for rowers, but this is special and the more, the merrier. RSVP to info@crossfitcharlottesville.com .
