Thursday Workout: Nicole

June 23, 2010 · Kyle

As many rounds as you can do in 20 minutes of:

  • Run 400 meters (to hump)
  • Max rep pull ups (we’ll use bands if you can’t do regular pull ups)

For each round, do as many pullups as you can without dropping off the bar.  Count each round of pull ups and keep track of your lowest rep-set of pullups.

Compare to 3/23.

Joelle, will the “We can’t run, but we’re way awesome at some other stuff club” be present at this WOD tonight?

Unfortunately, no. With the chaos of the move and starting a new job, I’m AWOL tonight. If it makes you feel better, I did run TWICE this week in my new neighborhood. But you can do this one, Melly!!!

7 rounds: 5-11-8-6-6-4-3 = 43 (I know the total is right but I’m fuzzy about the last three splits).
    Blue band pull ups.
