    WOD: 3:29 w/ 10 45# KB swings instead of push press

  2. DL- 133 for the sets of 5; 155 for the sets of 3
    6:47 for wod w/ 67# lbs.

    WOD: 5:09 @ 45#, 150 single unders due to mystery double under shoulder problem
