Total insanity. 105 burpees amidst 70-ish weighted lunges and death marches EACH. I am reaching for the Ben Gay already.

P.S. I think that trainer sells Neff cargo shorts out of the trunk of his car. ;)

    WOD 25:00 DNF

Got through 4 Rounds +Lunges +Death March with about one step to go to the end of the mat

After this WOD I think I might have to quit and start Euro Training instead…

    Might be easier

whoops… 20# KBs instead of DBs, incase anyone was keeping track… the KBs decreased the depth of my Death March and saved my back from my lack of hip mobility

Is it bad to think that the worst part of a WOD called “Death March” is the burpees?

(need to concentrate on touching chest to floor with burpees… for some reason I can’t do this in WODs without smacking/bouncing my head off the floor)

    Ugh.

Okay, so 21:31 for 4 rounds. (Without weights – weak. I tried, but Landon stopped me. It was for the better.) And also for burpees, I did one round of 21, the next was 15, & the last 2 were 10 each.

Also, Gretchen: Still some slight pain in my lower back, but I only really feel it in squats.
