  1. Good job 6:30 duo. Although I had you do squat snatches, I just verified that it’s athlete’s choice. Since power snatches up your power output, I assume most will choose power snatches. Just wanted to throw that out there in case you compare your times later.

    wrist issues, so no Isabel. instead:
    KB swings (32kg) 30-20-10
    30 GHD sit-ups, 15 hip/back extensions

      (power snatches, dropped every one, re-adjusted clips after every 10. Steady pace got ‘er done. Definitely *could* have gone faster…but … ennnnh.)

    WOD: 1:47 @ 45# (HPS – no good way to go from the floor)

  4. 311 – 333 – 355 x 2
    3:42 @ 125#
    This weight was hard. Definitely have to work on snatch efficiency before trying Rx.

  5. DL: 209, 221, 221 (don’t exaggerate the negative on these heavy sets, go controlled but quicker)

    WOD: 5:29 @82 (too heavy, slow and ugly form. bad combo)

  6. Hmm, looks like my comment last night was eaten.

    WOD: 6:30 @ 67#. Slow & sloppy, I’m afraid.
