  1. 20:47 (35# KB farmer’s carry, 89# PJ on first round, went down to 67# for the rest, 18 inch step up)

    25# fc, 60# bar rd 1, 55# rds 2-3, kipping pus

    That was a grip killer.

  3. 24:39 (+/- 1 minute, w/ ave of 77# bar {95 for a bit, 77 for a lot, and 67 for a bit}, 35# FC, 18″ box).

    You know I drive an hour to get to the gym and just want to make my workouts worth it; no short times for me :).

    Probably could have gone heavier for both but I was a scaredy cat.
