She does indeed have a very distinctive bouquet! Reminiscent of suffering, sweat, and pulmonary edema! Wait until you do 11.6 – like Fran that never ends!

    thruster: 55#
WOD: 11:46 (bb pu’s…with maybe some jumping in there too…)

The whole toilet thing makes the gym…humid. My advice to you — du outside and use the bar in the doorway. I didn’t but I wished I did when I was about to pass out in the middle of the WOD.

    Thrusters: 89, 112, 112, 89, 105 (odd, I know)
WoD: 10:49 w/ blue band. . . very much punished for not having done du’s in a while

Thrusters: 67 x 5 (pretty ugly, maybe should have gone slightly lighter)
    WOD: 9:03 (blue band PUs)

Double under performance anxiety yet again. I seem to get better the more tired I am. The first 2 sets, I couldn’t string more than 2 together, but my last set I did 27 unbroken. Guess I just needed to find my rhythm…

WOD – 5:58 Rx except later rounds of pus were not really up to C2B. Related q: is chest supposed to actually touch the bar or just get up there? If the former, I did zero C2B.
