    7:30.4 on the row. 6 seconds off my last attempt :(

  2. SP: 115-120-125-130-145 (PR 5#) I should have been heavier earlier but didn’t realize how light I was until the last set and then had to make the big jump.

    Different WOD:
    100 ft Uneven Farmers Carry w/ 2 pood and 1.5 pood KBs
    10 Double Unders
    10 standard situps

    WOD: 7:30…..not crazy about this since I took a water break, and 2 mini leg rests since my quads were pretty sore today.

    WOD: 8:00

    Shoulders weren’t cooperating today, so stuck at 67#. Row was MUCH better with a 44 sec PR :)
