SP: 115-120-125-130-145 (PR 5#) I should have been heavier earlier but didn’t realize how light I was until the last set and then had to make the big jump.

Shoulders weren’t cooperating today, so stuck at 67#. Row was MUCH better with a 44 sec PR :)
