Sunday Open Workout: Rope Climb + Max Clean & Team WOD

Sunday Noon Class Only Open for those Registered for the Open. There is no group warmup.

WOD 1

In two minutes, get as many rope climbs as you can. Immediately after the rope climbs, you have two minutes to establish a one rep max clean. Your score is total number of rope climbs x 10 + the weight of your clean.

WOD 2

In teams of two, complete the following:

  • 25 Squat Snatch (135/95)
  • 25 Muscle Ups
  • 50 Chest to Bar Pullups
  • 50 Toes to Bar
  • 75 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 100 Double Unders
  • Row 1,000

    Great job Jess doing snatches for reps at a 1RM! And my power clean/shoulder press to OHS is ridiculous!

    Glutes and hamstrings cramped like crazy after!

      Well I think we learned today that that must no longer be my 1 rep max, since I definitely did more than one… Thanks for cranking out most of the death to forearms stuff on the bar!

    4 climbs + 125# (PR) = 165 rx

    Team WOD with Scott- 22:42, all rx except my squat snatches were 85#

    some mods on the team wod w martha – 55# snatch, 3 RBRD/3RR for 1 MU, BB C2B, 12# WB
