PR on DUs today– strung 19 or 20 once, then had a bunch of 8, 10, 12. Those new ropes rock!

*Breakthrough day for DUs! I don’t know if it was taking some time away from them or what, but it felt great to finally be able and string them together. This is definitely the first time I’ve walked away from a DU day and not been so frustrated I wanted to stop!

144 quasi-DUs. I counted 3x SUs and DU attempts, to some extent.
    45 GTO, 67#, still taking it easy…
    I’ll count it as 74.

So it didn’t end up being very aerobic for me after all.

Dear Baron In The Future: You are looking awesome doing all those double unders and rocking those clean-and-jerks Rx! Plus, I can’t believe your chiseled abs, man, keep up the good work!
