Wednesday Workout: 200s and Some Barbell Fun

WOD

Level 1

For Time:

  • Run x 200m
  • Back Squat (75/35) x 20
  • Run x 200m
  • Push Press (75/35) x 20
  • Run x 200m
  • Thruster (45/15) x 20
  • Run x 200m

*Substitute dumbbells for Push Press and Thrusters if necessary.

Level 2

For Time:

  • Run x 200m
  • Back Squat (135/95) x 20
  • Run x 200m
  • Push Jerk (135/95) x 20
  • Run x 200m
  • Overhead Squat (95/65) x 20
  • Run x 200m
  • Thruster (95/65) x 20

Notes: Barbell starts on the floor.  Use the same barbell for each movement and switch out the weights when transitioning.

  1. The rainbow was so beautiful. It was the first one my twin daughters had seen. They just couldn’t stop pointing at it.

    WOD: 12:20 with 250m rows, 85# and 65#.

    25# slamball
    35# DBs, but had to switch to front squats halfway through, could not do the thrusters correctly

  4. cville burn: @20min cut off got to 400m row of the last 800 (15# db thrusters, knee pu’s, 20# slamball, row sub run)

  5. WOD: 16:46
    Rx except had to drop from 95 to 65 for the final 12 reps of the OHS. My OHS is still limited by mobility issues and I couldn’t hold the bar over my head any longer.
