AMRAP in 15 Minutes of:

  • Power Clean (135/95) x 5
  • Row x 250m
  • Wall Ball (20/14) x 15

  1. cville burn: 23:53 *2:50 faster than 1st session (knees, 6 rds-25#kb,4rds-20#kb, row for run)

  2. c’ville burn: 20:55 (1:43 faster than first time. kbs @ 35#) This was the last class so I want to thank Trainers Jess, Elizabeth, and Alex for their support and encouragement over the last four weeks and I also want to thank Scott for putting this all together. Awesome program,. Thanks!
