Monday Workout: Push Press Clusters, KBS and Burpees

STRENGTH

Push Press, 1.1.1.1 x 4 sets

Notes: Rest 15 seconds between each single (re-rack the barbell, do not rest on shoulder) and take 3 minutes rest between sets

WOD

Level 1

3 Rounds for Time of:

  • Russian Kettlebell Swing (45/25) x 15
  • Burpee x 15

Level 2

3 Rounds for Time of:

  • Kettlebell Swing (70/53) x 25
  • Burpee x 25

    Great to be back, but it was hard to leave the buffet line.
    A few of us who missed the 31 Heroes WOD want to get together and do it. If interested, let Scott know so we can get it scheduled.
