STRENGTH

Every 90 Seconds for 6 Total Sets:

  • Snatch Grip Behind the Neck Push Press x 3 + Overhead Squat x 3

Notes: Add weight per set if possible, and take barbell from rack or from the ground

WOD

“Annie”

Level 1

  • 80 Single-unders
  • 40 Sit-ups (anchored with Abmat)
  • 60 Single-unders
  • 30 Sit-ups
  • 40 Single-unders
  • 20 Sit-ups
  • 20 Single-unders
  • 10 Sit-ups

Level 2

50-40-30-20-10 Reps of Each for Time:

  • Double-unders
  • Sit-ups (anchored, with Abmat)

  1. C’ville burn: 5rnds (45 sec on/15sec off) WB @ 16#, HOG PU, row for cals (237 Total reps)

  2. Behind the Neck Push Press and OHS = 105, went up to 115# but couldn’t push out the last 2 OHS

    Somehow managed to get tangled up in my jump rope during the set of 30, took twice as long as it should have lol.

  4. PP/OHS: up to 75# with a whole bunch of failed OHS reps mixed in. Major wrist pain today. :(
    WOD: 6:57 (4 sec PR)
