Thursday Workout: November Bring a Friend Team Workout!

Today is Bring a Friend Day!

WOD

2 Sets, 2 Minute Stations for Max Reps of the Following:

  • Lunge with Plate Overhead (45/25)
  • Double Under
  • Hand Release Push-up
  • Row (Calories)
  • Rest 2 Minutes

*Notes: Teams of 2 (only one person working at a time). Complete 2 total sets (of max reps at each station), and rest 2 minutes between the sets.  Sub med ball or bodyweight lunges for plate overhead lunges if necessary.

    run
    HOG push ups
    walking lunges
    double unders
    rest 1 min

    110, 111 reps

  2. Molly was my partner, but all she did was lie around looking bored, so this was all me.

    RX’d except for a single 40# DB in my left arm, trying to somewhat save the right one…

    Rnd 1: 43,160,65,37 = 305
    Rnd 2: 38,131,53,40 = 262

  3. This was all me too.But no Molly for incentive. Lunges at 25#, all SU. (30 sec on, 30 sec off.2 min/station.)
    Rnd 1: 30, 124, 47, 16 = 217
    Rnd 2: 31, 145, 43, 18 = 237
    Total: 454

  4. With Joe (Team Swole Mates!):
    Rd 1: 62, 207, 73, 31 = 373
    Rd 2: 68, 197, 82, 34 = 381
    Total: 754 Rx

  5. With Danielle, we both did su’s (every 2 = 1)
    Rd 1: 307
    Rd 2: 306
    Total: 613
