STRENGTH

Back Squat, 3-3-3

Notes: Work at or around 75-80% of your 1RM

WOD

In Teams of 2, Complete 3 Rounds for Time of:

  • P1: 250m Row
  • P2: Hold 2 x Kettlebells in Front Rack (53/35)
  • P2: Row x 250m
  • P1: Hold 2 x Kettlebells in Front Rack (53/35)

CASH OUT

  • Accumulate 3 minutes in a Plank Hold within a 5 minute period (scale to 2 minutes if necessary)

Saturday Class Schedule

This is the last week of the Open!  There will be NO regular make-up class on Saturday at 10am.  This time will be reserved for those competing in the open workout.  Regular class make-up will be held at 11am as normal.

  2. Just looked at my notes from the last time we did this. An excerpt: “I really don’t understand this WOD. It just encourages terrible posture and despair.” :D
