Tuesday Workout: Run, Then 3 Rounds of Work

Level 1

For Time:

Run x 400m

Then, 3 Rounds of:

  • Box Push-up x 10-15
  • Hang Power Clean (65/35) x 10
  • Air Squat x 30
  • Jump Rope Single x 50

Notes: Sub 500m row for run if necessary for L1.

Level 2

For Time:

Run x 800m

Then, 3 Rounds of:

  • Wall Walk x 5
  • Hang Power Clean (115/85) x 10
  • Air Squat x 30
  • Double Under x 50

Notes: Yes, it’s so nice out we’re running again : )  Sub 1000m row for run if necessary.  For Level 2, do 2x singles for double unders if scaling.

  1. “recovery” from doing 14.5 yesterday
    12:26 with 10 push ups subbed for wall walks (ouch, triceps and quads!)
    Started with 25# planks, then went to bodyweight after 3 rounds due to everything but my core failing :P

    Succumbed to the peer pressure and did this against my better judgment. I may not be able to walk tomorrow. Stairs are already an issue.

  3. WOD: 15:34 (115# bar, subbed 15 x elevated pushups for wall walks, double unders)
    45# plate for planks was a rough choice

  4. 15:58 I think. I stink at wall walks… only did 2 per round.
