Shoulders/overhead position

SKILL

Work on jerk technique for 5-10 minutes

WOD

Level 1

5 Rounds for Time of:

  • Dumbbell Push Press (30/15) x 7
  • Ring Row x 7
  • Burpee x 7

Level 2

7 Rounds for Time of:

  • Shoulder to Overhead (135/95) x 7
  • Pull-up x 7
  • Burpee x 7

Notes: Scale as necessary.
