Run x 800m

Then, 21-15-9 Reps of Each:

  • Kettlebell Deadlift
  • Push-up

Level 2

Run 1 Mile

Then, 21-15-9 Reps of Each:

  • Deadlift (225/135)
  • Handstand Push-up

    came back from mile at 8:33, took 1:00 rest, Diane in 6:00

  2. 16:59. Mile ~8:30, about 30 seconds transition, and Diane in 8:00

    8:30ish mile, did about 6 DL, rested about :45, then finished Diane ha

  4. mile = 7:38
    12:26 – two abmat hspu.
    note to self – do one abmat hspu. your arms are so short your head is practically already touching the second abmat.
