In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009, supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and son T.J.

Sunday Recipe: Bulletproof Coffee

This week’s recipe is Bulletproof Coffee courtesy of The Bulletproof Executive!

Ingredients:
  • 1 big cup of freshly brewed coffee
  • 1-2 tbsp unsalted grass-fed butter
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut oil (or MCT oil)
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
Directions:
  1. Brew a fresh cup of coffee (using good-quality, locally-roasted beans).
  2. Combine coffee, butter, and coconut (or MCT) oil in a blender.
  3. Blend until desired consistency, then serve in a mug.
  4. Optional: sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg if desired.
