Team Workout for TIME (done in Teams of 2):
- Row 1000 Meters, Resting person must hold medicine ball overhead
- 80 Box Jumps, Resting person must hold medicine ball overhead
- Run 400 Meters Together with Medicine Ball
- 80 Swinging Medicine Ball Walking Lunges
- Run 400 Meters Together with Medicine Ball
- 40 Burpees, Resting person must hold medicine ball overhead
Except for the running, all exercises must be done by one team member, so only one person is working while the other “rests.” Exercises must be done in order and running can’t begin until full number of reps are completed. Each team gets one medicine ball. Athletes should split rowing into 500M parts and split the rest of the exercises into achievable chunks.
Note: There is an immediate PENALTY of 10 Burpees for each team member if the ball ever touches the ground.
