Kyle Redinger
Certifications: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, CrossFit Running/Endurance, CrossFit Kids
Favorite Workout: Fight Gone Bad
Favorite Movement: Clean
Background: Kyle discovered CrossFit in early 2007, 7 minutes into Cindy, he lost his lunch and was sold. He also gets smoked on heavy WODs.
Ben Stephens
Certifications: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, USAW Club Coach, Mobility
Favorite Workout: Anything Heavy
Favorite Movement: Muscle Ups
Background: Even though Ben’s been doing CrossFit for 2 years, he tries to keep up with his dad in workouts. He also loves food.

Jonathan Forney
Certifications: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, USAW Club Coach
Favorite Workout: Mary
Favorite Movement: Split Clean
Background: Jon discovered CrossFit after a background in soccer and body-building. He also ballroom dances, enjoys international politics and zone-friendly beer.

Landon Perdue
Certifications: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
Favorite Workout: Anything with deadlifts and running.
Favorite Movement: Kettlebell Swings
Background: Landon’s a huge runner who discovered CrossFit’s superiority. He’s behind our “evidence based fitness” slogan.

Dave Hargis
Certifications: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
Favorite Workout: Nasty Girls, Helen, DT, Nate, Any chipper
Favorite Movement: Muscle-Ups, Burpees
Background: Dave grew up skateboarding, surfing & snowboarding. He was into running, calisthenics, swimming & boxing before he drank Crossfit koolaid.

Elizabeth Bartlett
Certifications: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
Favorite Workout: Linda
Favorite Movement: Overhead Squat or Snatch
Background: Elizabeth enjoys her PHD program in classical archeology and doing heavy lifts. She joined us as client when we had just opened the gym and has made some impressive gains. You can also find her cooking up a paleo storm.

Chris Garay
Certifications: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, CrossFit Endurance
Favorite Workout: Helen
Favorite Movement: Muscle Ups/Cleans
Background: Chris is our token triathlete who is a rockstar drummer on the side. You can find him running POSE and rocking out with triple unders.

Jason Glaw
Certifications: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
Favorite Workout: Annie
Favorite Movement: Triple Jump or Oly Lifts
Background: Jason can be usually be found stretching, for hours. Other than that, Jason is officially a Dr. and can be seen wrecking double unders in his spare time.
