Trainers

Our training staff consists of CrossFit-certified trainers who we’ve hand selected to bring you the best possible fitness experience. Our trainers go through an extensive internship program and most have been training in CrossFit principals for several years. Combined our trainers offer over 20 years of training experience and a wealth of knowledge in everything from Olympic Lifting to MovNat.
