Why I Train CrossFit: Until I started CrossFit, working out was something I had to force myself to do. Now, I’m at the gym almost every day because working out is fun, and I get to do it with all the friends I’ve made here. Training is just one more way that I can hopefully pass on that sense of fun and community to others.
