Please arrive 10 minutes early to do our standard warmup prior to joining the class. Classes are only open to members who have completed our required “On-Ramp” program. Exceptions can be made for experienced CrossFitters.

12 Noon on Saturdays
Morning Classes, Monday, Wednesday, Friday:

Morning Classes, Tuesday and Thursday

Lunchtime Classes, Monday through Friday:
12:00 Noon
Afternoon Classes, Monday through Friday:
4:45PM (ONLY Monday, Tuesday and Friday)
5:30PM
6:15PM (no 6:15PM class on Fridays)
7:00PM (no 7PM class on Fridays)
Saturday Morning Classes:
8AM – Makeup
11:00AM – Makeup
12:00 Noon - Free Intro Class/ On Ramp & Olympic Lifting!
