  4. I needed some pull up action, so…

    each minute, on the minute, until failure:
    1 weighted pull up @45#
    3 strict PU
    5 kipping PU

    4 complete rounds prior to failure

    1. Pullup bars are supposed to be getting installed on Friday but I am worried about that actually happening.

  5. Heavy snatches, working on speed, intent, and receiving

    then:
    50 Double Unders
    30 Ball slams (20lb)
    50 Double Unders
    20 Ball slams
    50 Double Unders
    10 Ball slams

  6. 11 Rounds + 5 JUs.

    subbed bench jumps (+/- 18″) for box jumps
    pullups/ jpus for hspu
    double unders were slow
