    5 rounds:
    20m tire drag, forwards and backwards (+100lb)
    40 Whip smash, 20ft rope
    30 seconds dead hang
    1:30 rest

    8 sets of 79# clean and jerk

    @ 8:51

  6. WOD scaled to 7 C&J per round.

  10. 10:12; 7 reps @ 129 lbs.
    C&Js were all Power Cleans with a few Split Jerks @ the beginning then Push Jerks
