Wednesday Workout: AMRAPing

WOD

As many rounds as you can do in 20 minutes of:

10 Ring Dips

12 Kettle Bell Swings (45# Men / 30# Women)

20 Double Unders (substitute 60 regular jump rope)

Free WOD: Mini-Cindy!

As many rounds as you can do in 10 minutes of:

5 pullups

10 pushups

15 squats

Deadlift
