    1. that WOD was uuuuuglyyyyyy! it smoked the tar outta me! thanks to the guys though, i was able to push on and finish.(if that’s what you want to call it)
      it really is no fun coming back after a layoff and i appreciate the motivation. without it i don’t know how i would have made it to the end. thanks everybody!!!

    1. That workout was pretty brutal. Eric did get smoked but he pushed hard. He’s obviously a huge fan of HSPUs. He said you were coming up again soon, so I guess I’ll see you soon too.

    Coulda been faster if I didn’t have to use my legs/hips on the SDHP 🙂

    Big shout out to Landon for coachin me thru this one. Def gotta work on my push-up technique and endurance on this one. On the plus side, when I started CF last fall the pull-ups really held me back on this, and now they’re the easiest part. That kool-aid is some strong stuff!!
