I’m running a race in a couple of weeks and another in October, so I figured I should get some distance running in. I did the main site WOD from yesterday.
I ran a 6.05 route in 1:03:43. That pace was slightly faster than when I ran a 3 miler two and a half weeks ago. I felt better too. Thanks CrossFit!
Also, today’s workout was my first “Three days on”. I finally earned a rest day and don’t have to feel guilty about it.
I think 3 days only count if you follow our programming exclusively 🙂
