    Could of pushed it on the runs a little more but still fun.

    30 assisted pullups with the green band, 50 reps of the rest using knee pushups with admittedly poor form

    1. but improving form!

  6. 15:00 30 reps for all, assisted pullups, knee pushups and burpees

  7. 15:52
    6 kipping pull-ups and 24 jumping pull-ups.
    26 strict push-ups and 4 knee push-ups.
    30 slow, tired knee burpees.

  8. 17:40 with half normal/half JPU.

  9. 15:24 subbed rowing

  10. 19:15 some real pull ups, some blue band, some green band, some jumping. Painfull burpees.

  11. 10 min, subbed 30 for all exercises, assisted push-ups

  12. 14:04 50 for all(pull ups with the band and knee pushups)

  13. 11:36 doing 30 instead of 50
