Monday Workout: Nicole

As many rounds as you can do in 20 minutes of:

  • Run 400 meters
  • Max rep pull ups (we’ll use bands if you can’t do regular pull ups)

For each round, do as many pullups as you can without dropping off the bar.  Count each round of pull ups.


Lots o’ squats.

  1. 13-6-6-6-6-6-6-6-6. Strict Pullups. Hurt back playing kickball on Sunday.

  5. 5 rounds, 55 assisted pullups (green band)

  7. Visiting CrossFit Cookeville atm. Today’s WOD was max deadlift 5-5-5-5-5. I got 215#, new PR!

    These guys are great!

  9. 5 rounds, 34 assisted pullups
