Warmup:

Standard Warmup (10 Cobras, 10 Side to Sides, 10 Samson Stretch, 20 Shoulder Pass Throughs, 10 Overhead Squats)

Double Under Practice: Go for your max # of double unders

Skill & Strength Work:

Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3

Mini-WOD:

3 Rounds of 10 Box Jumps and 10 Ring Dips

  6. 133#, 3:12 with probably 1/2 rings 1/2 box dips

  7. 177# (two reps at 221#, but stepped down due to form breakdown)
    4:34 on 24″ box and box dips

  8. 89# – wanted to try more wt but my form was lacking. 2:30 on the WOD, w/box dips.

  9. 245# – 4:45 – 24″Box – 2xrings, 1xbox

  10. Went for a heavy single on the DL’s… 397# x1 (PR, but VERY ugly on the form).
    Metcon in 3:44 as rx’d (24″ box)

  11. 243# . took it easy due to back injury.
