Warmup:
Standard Warm Up + 30 Burpees Men / 20 Burpees Women. Make sure you get FULL RANGE OF MOTION on the burpee warmup. That means your hips, chin and chest touch the ground and you come to a full upright position with an overhead clap and jump.
