  • Standard Warmup
  • 50 Med Ball Cleans


  • 21 Squat Jumps (45# Men / 35# Women)
  • 2 Lengths Bear Walks
  • 15 Squat Jumps
  • 4 Lengths Bear Walks
  • 9 Squat Jumps
  • 6 Lengths Bear Walks


The team does deadlifts and overhead walking lunges.
