what is a squat floor clean??… I cant find any videos or demos. (I might be posting more questions like this on the site now that im doing the wods away from the box, especially if you keep up the technical stuff!)
Kyle just means a squat clean (from the floor), as opposed to a clean from the hang position — a “hang clean”
