Thursday Workout: Shoulder Press Skill/Strength Work

Today we’ll work on our shoulder press. You must be able to clean the bar to your starting shoulder press position.

Warmup:

  • Standard Warmup
  • Run 800M for time

Skill/Strength Work:

Shoulder Press 3-3-3-3-3

Optional Mini WOD:

100 Kettlebell Swings for time (45# Men / 25# Women)

  1. “college prep” farewell workout 26:42… the farewell of champions. It’s been a great couple of months getting to know you all and getting our asses kicked by crossfit together on a daily basis.
