Team Workout (Count Your Total Reps as a Team)…
3 Rounds of the working 1 Minute for Each of the Following Movements:
- Box Jumps
- Situps (shoulders must touch the ground and touch the knees for them to count)
- Rowing (for Calories)
- Chest to Bar Pullups
- Rest 1 Minute
The second team member starts 1 minute into the set. Tally your total score at the end.
