Saturday Workout: Team Body Weight Fight Gone Bad

It’s a FREE DAY TODAY. Come by yourself or bring friends and meet the coolest fitness peeps in Charlottesville.  We promise you will love it. If you don’t, we promise you’ll sweat a lot. We’re open from 10AM until Noon.

Team Workout (Count Your Total Reps as a Team)…

3 Rounds of the working 1 Minute for Each of the Following Movements:

  • Box Jumps
  • Pushups
  • Situps (shoulders must touch the ground and touch the knees for them to count)
  • Rowing (for Calories)
  • Chest to Bar Pullups
  • Rest 1 Minute

The second team member starts 1 minute into the set.  Tally your total score at the end.

  1. Sounds like it might be a good one although I don’t understand exactly whats going on in this WOD. I’ll see you guys tomorrow for some clarification and a good community sweat fest!

    Probably my 2nd time ever on a rower and that was apparent. Turns out, it’s not supposed to be an arm exercise!
