Saturday Workout: UVa Track/Lannigan Field 800M Relay

Today’s workout is at the UVa Track/Lannigan Field near John Paul Jones Arena, U-Hall and the Soccer Stadium.  There will be NO CLASSES at our indoor location.  We’ll be there from 10AM until Noon.

Team WOD (if no team, rest 3 minutes between runs):

  • Person 1 Runs 800M
  • Person 2 Runs 800M
  • Person 1 Runs 800M
  • Person 2 Runs 800M
