Wednesday Workout: Front Squats and Met Con

Today is a Free Day which means you can try out CrossFit Charlottesvlle without any obligation other than having the best workout ever.  It’s the only official CrossFit workout and facility in Charlottesville no matter what people will tell you.  Come by, it’s awesome and you’ll love it. Anytime between 4:30 and 7PM works.
