  1. Are muscle-cleans the same as muscle ups on the crossfit.com website? Just curious cuz I couldn’t find them in the exercises & demos page. Thanks!

      It’s essentially a clean without any rebending of the knees.

  2. 67, 74, 77 on hang muscle cleans

    5 rounds and 5 dips on the WOD, first time doing ring dips in a workout

  3. 45, 67, 77# muscle cleans

    6.5 rounds WOD, 10# ball, rounds 2, 3, 4 tricep dips with legs out straight, then bent

  4. 37/42/47# muscle cleans
    5 round and 9 wall balls with 6# ball and box dips

  5. 89/111/116 muscle cleans

    5 ring dips short of 5 rounds (Rx)

  6. 133/143/148

    7.65 rds (7 rds, 10 WB, 3 RD) Rx

  7. 115, 125, 125, 135

    10 full rnds

  8. 6.5 rounds of 10 wall balls w/6# ball, 10 box dips, in 10 minutes.

  9. 133, 155, 155 then 6 rounds with 10 WB, 3 RD.

  10. 5 rounds

    med ball rx, first set of dips rx, the rest were hangs

  11. 89, 133, 143
    6 1/2 rnds.

  12. 5+ rounds (47# max on weights, 10#, 6# wall balls)
