7:50 (first 8 cleans @ 95 lbs, then it got too heavy and went down to 89 for the rest)

I also should go heavier on the cleans and can maybe try ring dips w/my feet on a box next time. Baby steps …
8:17, 72# + ring dips. Probably could have gone 77 or 82 on the cleans, but the ring dips made up for it. 🙂
