  1. strict pullups: 14-5-4-4-4-3-3 = 37

    rounds: 7 + run

  2. 6-3-3-4-2-2-2-2= 24 jumping
    Rounds 8+run

  3. Did ring rows instead of pullups: 7-4-3-3-3-3 = 23
    6 rounds plus run

  4. 12-6-5-4-4-4-4

    See you guys Monday!

    7 rounds + run

  6. 24-15-13-12-10-10-10 (94 total)
    7 rds

  7. 9-3-4-4-4-3-3-3 + sprint. strict PU. shoulder still iffy.

  8. Nice work everyone! Saw several people getting a kipping pull up or even do the whole WOD with kipping pull ups.

    15-12-10-10-9-7-7 + sprint = 70

  9. 12-11-12-12-10-6 = 63
6 rounds + sprint (or in my case, trudge ;-))

  10. 8 – 6 – 3 – 3 – 2 – 2 – 2 = 7 rounds

  11. Sebastian Velazco October 7, 2009 — 9:22 pm

    20 (not full extension) – 4 – 3 – 2 – 3 – 2 – 2 – 1 = 8 rounds

  12. kipping pull ups
    9-8-6-6-5-3 jump-3 jump
    7 rnds + sprint

It’s a good workout for me when I get a little exercise-induced pulmonary edema. (had to look up the name, but it’s nothing serious)

  13. 8-8-8-7-7-7-6= 51 Jumping pull ups

  14. 21-11-8-7-7-8-7-2 = 71

  15. Something like….8, 7, 7, 6, 7, 6=41 jpu (but not jumping nearly as much as I used to)
