    1. Doing the math that says your max would be 295. I want to be there to see that when it goes down. Isn’t that ~2x BW? wow

      1. 275 is my prior max, but i think i can beat it.. we’ll see.

  6. Ok guys, help! I mixed up my weights when I recorded them on the white board. So what is a 45# bar plus 20kg? I think that’s ~89# if my math skills are right.

      Do a google search for (45 lbs + 20 kg) in lbs=
