  4. 19:35 Rx. 🙁 :-(. When I got home and ready to eat dinner I realized why I bonked….Somehow I ended up so busy this afternoon I forgot to eat lunch. All I had all day long was a bagel and apple this morning. Let this be a lesson to all that if you don’t feed your body correctly, it will not do what you want it to.
