Wednesday Workout: Pullups and Ring Dips

Woohoo. Free Day. That means you can bring your friends and try out CrossFit Charlottesville with no obligation to do anything other than have fun.  You can even come alone and you’ll still have a great time meeting our awesome community.  Come by during ANY of our regular hours 6:30AM Sharp, 12 Noon Sharp, or between 4:30PM and 6:30PM.


4 Rounds of

  • 15 Pullups
  • 15 Ring Dips

Scale as necessary.

Members work on Muscle Up progressions with a trainer.

    did my first muscle up today!!!! yay!!!

  9. 13:45 + a muscle up

    15 ring dips
    20 KB swings (instead of PUs due to an injured finger)

  11. In Baltimore for meeting and gym sux.

    21 flights of stairs starting at G and per every floor rotating did 10 burpees then 20 jumping sqauts.

    18:24… Loox were priceless
