As many rounds as you can do in 10 minutes of:

  • 10 Left Hand Overhead Dumbbell Squats (25% of Max Shoulder Press)
  • 10 Right Hand Overhead Dumbbell Squats
  • 10 Box Jumps

    I thought the barbell was 35# until Landon burst my bubble. 🙁
