  2. Not sure I can make it tonight. What are the time perameters on the knees to elbows so I can do them on my pull-up bar at home?

      1. I’ve done the knees to chest modification for past WODs, but with 3 rounds of 20, how much time between rounds?

      2. it’s untimed.. 3 minutes or so should be enough

  9. 3 sets of 6 thrusters, modified with 2 20# dumbbells (it’s the heaviest I’ve got)
    3 rounds of 20 knees to chest

    WOD isn’t as much fun at home. No one there to yell at me. Um, I mean encourage me.
